How to Buy Tickets

1. Outlet Locations

GET YOUR SEAT instantly at any one of Ticket-e-boo outlet locations.

Ticket-e-boo provides a network of locations throughout Perth County where you can walk up and purchase your tickets using a payment method of choice, and receive your ticket on the spot.

Some events/venues may have tickets at outlets. You may select the Outlets button at the top of the page to search for availability in your area. We recommend calling first to check for availability and hours. Outlets may not carry every type of ticket, so please check carefully before traveling.

2. Call Centre

Get Your Seat by calling today at 1- 877-700- 3130. Also, get event information through TicketWindow’s Call Center Personnel. Our call center representative is ready to serve you, and is recommending that you know what artist and the date of event you are purchasing. You can do this by searching through our Events page, and remember to have your credit card ready so we can process every order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Call Center is based in London Ontario (519-473-3320) and follows Eastern Standard Time Hours | Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm, Calls are placed in priority. Ask about group rates.

3. Online

Get your tickets online and reserve your seat now!

We want you to have the best possible experience when ordering online. Order your tickets and have them mailed right to your door, or reserve them at the event.

TicketWindow is secured by GeoTrust. You’ll see the symbol on our payment pages. Print-at-Home allows you to purchase a ticket online and then print out a bar-coded ticket for admission right from your home computer. Your Print-at-Home ticket will be scanned for a single entrance at the event, and prevents duplicate attempts to enter on the same ticket. Print-at-Home is not available on all events because it requires the venue or promoter to obtain the scanning equipment.

Most promoters prefer to use TicketWindow's security stock for authenticity. A traditional ticket always makes the best souvenir !
